Terms of service

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give accurate details, and keep your password (and Google account) secure.
• One person per account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Tiers and payments

• Membership tiers are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Higher tiers include everything in the lower ones.
• Prices are in US dollars. Tax may be added at checkout where it applies.
• Upgrading costs the difference between your current tier and the new one.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within [number of] days of a purchase by emailing [contact email]. A refunded purchase removes the access it gave: the tier, its content and perks, and its record on your song NFT (the NFT is burned if no purchase remains). A chain that has already shipped cannot be refunded unless it is returned. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

The song NFT

• Paying members can claim one NFT of the song, free, to a wallet they control on the Base network. It unlocks the full song on this site.
• It cannot be transferred or sold, and it has no promised monetary value. It is not an investment.
• You are responsible for your wallet. We cannot recover a wallet you lose access to, or move an NFT to a new wallet.
• We may burn an NFT when the purchases it records are refunded, or to correct a mistake.

The Blockchain Money Chain (Tier 3 and above)

We ship one chain per member to the address given at checkout, within the countries offered there. Make sure the address is correct; we will email tracking details when it ships.

Content and use

• The song, e-books and other content are for your personal use. Do not copy, share, resell or publish them.
• Meetings and the private chat may run on other platforms (such as Zoom or WhatsApp), whose rules also apply. Treat other members with respect.
• Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, or get around payments.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Not financial advice

Blockchain Money is about music, culture and education. Nothing on the site, in the content, meetings or consultations, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Make your own decisions and, where needed, ask a qualified professional.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will update the date above and tell members by email when the changes matter. These terms are governed by the law of [Country].
